Rosehip seed oil is extremely high in essential fatty acids, Vitamin C, A and F and is known to help with dry, irritated, dull and weathered skin. It is reputed to replenish the skin’s moisture barrier and relieves itching due to dry skin; and it may aid in reducing the visible signs of aging and UV damage. Great to use as a moisturizer; it is considered a “drying oil” - it is quickly absorbed by the skin and does not leave an oily feel. Apply to moistened cleansed skin.
***There are some concerns that it can aggravate acne conditions.
It is recommended that this cold-pressed carrier oil be kept in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness and achieve maximum shelf life. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before using.
