Large Himalayan salt crystals are nestled in a cute little 5ml essential oil bottle, and capped with cotton to help prevent inhaling salt crystals. We then added a powerful blend of 9 essential oils help provide deep nasal relieve from congestion, sinus issues or clogged nose due to colds and flu.
Excellent to take with you travelling, especially if you are in contained/crowded conditions.

Directions
Remove the lid from the glass bottle and place bottle directly under one nostril, breathe two or three times deeply but not forcefully. Repeat for other nostril. replace cap securely on bottle to help reduce evaporation of essential oils. |
Details
We have opted for glass bottles to help preserve the length of time the essential oils remain effective and feel the glass to be sustainable. We place the glass in an unbleached large reusable tea bag that can be used to make a wonderful cup of tea, which may also help with opening up breathing passages. |
