- Planning is essential for backcountry travel so that you don’t take extra food (weight) or gear.
- Preparing your meals, where to buy your food, dehydrating food plus the difference between dehydrated and freeze-dried.
- Methods of bear/critter-proofing your meals and what products are available.
- A take home booklet is included.
