This guest soap is a special creation from Mayne Island, crafted using fallow deer tallow. The inspiration began when I was gifted fallow tallow sourced directly from the island, and the preferred scent chosen for the soap was juniper.


Juniper Scent Infusion

For a week, juniper branches were infused with olive oil atop our housewarming wood-burning stove, filling our home with an incredible aroma. The scent experience was truly heavenly and added a distinct character to the soap. Then juniper and cypress essential oils were added for a wonderful scent along with indigo powder as a blue soap colorant.

Juniper Guest Soap
Made with Aqua, Sodium Tallowate (Fallow Deer, Dama), Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Olivate (juniperus infusion), Glycerin, Sodium Ricate, Sodium Ricinoleate, Sodium Canolate, Sodium Mango Butterate, Sodium Cocoa Butterate and beeswax. Natural essential oils of Juniperus communis (juniperberry), Chamaecyparis nootkatens (cypress), plus Indigofera tinctoria  (indigo powder) as natural soap colourant. Do not ingest. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not get into eyes or other sensitive areas.
