Shipping Policy

​We will ship anywhere in the world. Upon your purchase we will pick and pack your items and send via Canada Post expedited which takes up to 7 days in Canada and USA. For international deliveries please call for pricing. 
 

• Shipping and handling cost is based on the total weight and size of your order.
• We will usually have your order in the mail with in 24 hours though, please allow us up to 2 business days to pick, pack and mail your order.
• Orders received Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next 1 or 2 business days.
• Orders are shipped before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
• During high volume seasons delivery times may increase. Should you wish a quicker delivery please phone, text or email to upgrade the shipping method for your order. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

Refund Policy

​We are proud and confident in our products and we rarely see returned product. In fact it is so rare that we find as solution with each case individually. 

• Our policy is to work with you to find the best solution. 
• We will either issue a refund, a store credit, or send you a replacement.
• Our request is that you contact us immediately after you receive your product, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
• Products with more than 25% use on your part, may or may not qualify for compensation.
• Payment for the return shipping will not normally be our responsibility.
