Cottonwood bud oil has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties and when used topically it may help relieve skin inflammation due to physical trauma such as bruising, aches, pains, abrasions, minor cuts, eczema, sunburn and other injuries. Our Cottonwood Bud Herbal Oil works extremely well as a massage oil or for use in making ointments, salves and balms. It is also known as Balm of Gilead.
Ingredients: Sustainably practiced wildcrafted organic Populus balsamifera (organic balsam popular buds) harvested in costal BC have been infused in organic Olea europaea oil (organic olive oil) OR organic Simmondsia Chinensis seed oil (organic jojoba oil).
Keep away from children. For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use if allergic to bees or products containing aspirin (the salicylates found in cottonwood are also in aspirin).
