Organic Douglas fir oil is a middle note steam distilled from the needles of Pseudotsuga menziesii from BC, Canada. A refreshing aroma of coniferous trees. It is a very intense yet soft, woody-balsamic, sweet coniferous aroma with a vibrant, robust character and great tenacity. Douglas fir essential oil is a great purifying oil and is widely used as a room freshener and in soaps. We use this organic Douglas fir essential oil in our Lavender & Grand Fir Body Butter, Maynely Trees soap and also our solid Forest perfume. Heavenly!


Blends Well With:

Balsam of Peru, basil, caraway, cedarwood, cistus, cypress, frankincense, fir oils, galbanum, juniper, labdanum, lavender, lemon, marjoram, myrtle, niaouli, oakmoss, patchouli, pine, and rosemary.
